We start with flour that's never been bleached or enriched—just pure, organic wheat, milled for a soft, pliable dough.
All-Natural Lard
Traditional lard gives our tortillas their signature rich flavor and flaky, tender texture. It's the way Mamá Pepa always made them.
Water
Simple and pure, water brings the dough together. Nothing more, nothing less.
Sea Salt
A pinch of real sea salt deepens the flavor of every bite. That's it.
